Cancellation Policy

We start making your personalized gift soon after you order. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled at Gift Digital.
Cancelling your order
- You can cancel free of charge within 12 hour(s) of placing the order, as long as production has not started.
- Once your item has been printed or personalized, it cannot be cancelled because it is made only for you.
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
How to cancel
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number by WhatsApp, phone or email. We confirm the cancellation by email.
Changes to your order
Need to change the name, photo, message or address? Contact us immediately – we will do our best to update it before production or dispatch.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment fails, the personalization content is unclear or inappropriate, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. You will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Refunds for cancelled orders
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. If you paid a deposit (advance), the deposit is refunded in the same way.
